Every new client at NCNE begins with a comprehensive psychiatric medication evaluation — a full 60-minute video visit to clarify diagnoses, review past treatments, and build a collaborative, evidence-based care plan.

What to expect
Your story first
What brings you in now, how long it has been going on, and what you are hoping will be different. We take the time to understand your unique experiences, goals, challenges, and preferences.
History that matters
Past treatments — what was tried, at what dose, for how long, and what happened — plus medical history and current medications, so the plan builds on what you already know.
A plan you helped write
Options explained plainly: medication where appropriate, supplements, lifestyle changes, and a referral for therapy if that would help. You leave knowing what happens next and when we will check in.
Pricing — Initial Evaluation
