Joined-up care, as needed

With your permission, we coordinate with your primary care team or therapist when a decision calls for it — lab work, a medical condition that affects a medication, a change in the plan — so nothing important is managed in a silo.

Online psychiatric medication management in seven states

Medication management at NCNE is entirely online: the same prescriber, the same plan and the same follow-up cadence whether you are in Boston, Louisville or a town with no psychiatrist for fifty miles. Laura Gabriel, PMHNP-BC, holds an active license in each state below and sees patients only while they are physically in one of them. Prescriptions go electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Each state page covers what is specific to that state, including insurance credentialing.

What “medication management” means here — and what it does not

The phrase is used for several unrelated things. A pharmacy’s medication therapy management review, a hospital pain clinic’s program and a group home’s medication administration all go by the same name. At NCNE it means one thing: prescriber-led psychiatric care — evaluation, prescribing, dose adjustment, side-effect monitoring and, when the time is right, a supervised taper — for adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma and related conditions.

Pricing — Follow-up Visit
